Healthy and Fluffy whole wheat pancakes

Ingredients
Whole Wheat Flour Pancakes
  • Wet Ingredients
  • 1 Cup Whole Wheat Flour
  • ½ tsp Baking Powder
  • ¼ tsp Baking soda
  • ¼ salt
  • 1 egg
  • DRY Ingredients
  • 1 Cup Curd/Buttermilk
  • 2 Tsp Honey
  • oil or ghee to grease
Palak & Buttermilk Pancakes
  • 1 Cup Spinach
  • 1 Cup Buttermilk
  • 2 Tsp Honey
  • 1 Tbsp Ghee/oil
  • 1 Tsp Baking Powder
  • ½ Tsp Baking Soda
  • ½ Tsp Salt
  • 1 Egg
Paneer & Buttermilk Pancakes
  • Wet Ingredients
  • 1 Egg
  • ½ Tsp Vanilla Essence
  • 2 Tbsp Honey
  • 1 Cup Curd
  • Dry ingredients
  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • ½ Cup Paneer ( Cottage cheese) grated
  • ½ Cup Wheat Flour
  • 1 Tsp Baking powder
Instructions
Whole Wheat Pancakes
  1. Whisk the wet ingredients and sift the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients.
  2. Mix them together and do not overmix, having few lumps is Ok.
  3. Heat a pan, grease oil and pour a scoop of pancake batter.
  4. cook until you see bubbles on top and its time to flip, cook another minute. Pancake is ready to Serve.
Spinach and Buttermilk Pancakes
  1. Blend Spinach, Buttermilk, honey and ghee.
  2. sift the flour, baking powder, soda and salt to the blended mixture.
  3. mix the batter. do not overmix, having few lumps is Ok.
  4. Heat a pan, grease oil and pour a scoop of pancake batter.
  5. cook until you see bubbles on top and its time to flip, cook another minute. Pancake is ready to Serve.
